WHO CAN ENTER: The promotion is open to anyone over 18 years of age who lives and/or works in the Sioux City, Iowa Designated Market area (“DMA”). Employees or ex-employees (and their families) of Bomgaars, Cookies Sauces And Seasonings, Anderson Construction, Regency Square, McMinn Law Office, Ben Fish Tire Company, KPTH, FOX 44, KMEG, CBS 14, any television station in the Sioux City/Sioux Falls area, and their affiliates, subsidiaries or agents are not eligible.

WHAT YOU COULD WIN: Assorted Gift Cards from our sponsors. ARV: First Prize: approximately $1000 worth of assorted gift cards. Second prize: approximately $550 worth of assorted gift cards. Third Prize: Approximately $250 worth of assorted Gift Cards/Gift Certificates.

HOW TO ENTER & WIN:. Go to www.Facebook.com/siouxlandnews , click on the “contests” tab, and enter the required information, and upload your pets’ photo. Or go to www.SiouxlandNews.com and click on the contest tab. To vote, fill out all required information listed on entry form. Payment details are listed on the secure payment submission page, and Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover are accepted. No money orders, checks, or electronic transfers are acceptable. Employees of the stations or sponsors are NOT permitted to enter payment information of any kind on contestant’s behalf. Votes cost $1 per vote, but must be purchased in blocks of 5. A portion of the proceeds from voting profits will be donated to Noah’s Hope Animal Rescue. All vote purchases are final. Votes not applied by the end of the contest will be forfeited. Payment transactions are Powered by Deadline Deals. KMEG 14 and KPTH FOX 44 are not responsible for any electronic malfunctions. The top three votes winners (assuming all previously listed eligibility requirements are met)  will be selected as the first, second, and third place winners in the order of the number of votes they receive. In the event of one of the top three highest vote-getters being disqualified due to ineligibility on grounds listed in the top paragraph, the next highest vote getter will be selected as a winner.

No cash substitutions or exchanges allowed. All taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Winner will be required to come to the studios at KMEG, CBS 14, 100 Gold Circle, Dakota Dunes, SD 57049, and present proper identification, i.e. driver’s license or other valid photo identification and sign a prize waiver (provided by KMEG) to receive the prize(s). Identification which is counterfeit, illegible, tampered with or otherwise altered will not be honored. By claiming a prize, a winner consents to the use, without additional compensation, of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice for promotion and/or advertising purposes in connection with this promotion. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Void where prohibited. Prizes not claimed within 30 days will be forfeited. Contest begins at 5am Central Time on Saturday July 20^th, 2013. The deadline for submissions ist11:59pm Central Time on Wednesday, August 14^th at 11:59pm central time. Voting begins at 5am on Thursday, August 15^th, 2013, and ends at 11:59pm central time on Sunday, September 15^th, 2013.

All decisions of the KPTH FOX 44 judges concerning any and all matters with respect to this contest shall be final. KPTH FOX 44 reserves the right to alter the contest by placing announcements on the air, and assumes no responsibility for internet miscommunication.
