WHO CAN ENTER: The contest is open to anyone over 18 years of age who lives and/or works in the KMEG 14/KPTH 44 viewing area. Employees or ex-employees (and their families) of KPTH, FOX 44, KMEG, CBS 14, any television station in the Sioux City/Sioux Falls area, and their affiliates, subsidiaries or agents are not eligible.

WHAT YOU COULD WIN: A 55 inch television courtesy of Dakota PC Warehouse (make and model TBD, ARV: $1000)

HOW TO ENTER & WIN: Entrants will fill out the electronic form in the Dakota PC Warehouse Super Commercial section of www.SiouxlandNews.com. In addition to thoroughly and correctly filling out all contact information, the entrant will also upload a video, storyboard, and/or script following the instructions provided by the interface (fulfilled by UPICKEM) . A committee comprised of Siouxland News employees and representatives from Dakota PC Warehouse will choose the winner. ALL DECISIONS ARE AT THE DISCRETION OF THIS COMMITTEE AND ARE FINAL. If the winning selection is an incomplete commercial or a commercial in a form that requires revision or alteration, employees of Siouxland News may revise, alter, or adjust any portion of the commercial they see fit. Other methods of submission may be accepted (mail, physical tapes or discs, scripts, etc.) at the sole discretion of Siouxland News on a case-by-case basis. By claiming a prize, a winner consents to the use, without additional compensation, of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice, and/or submission of entry for promotion and/or advertising purposes in connection with this promotion. All federal, state, and local laws apply. THE WINNING COMMERCIAL WILL BECOME THE SOLE PROPERTY OF DAKOTA PC WAREHOUSE, AND ALL ENTRANTS WAIVE LEGAL RIGHTS AND CLAIMS TO INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. If, for any reason, the promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason which KMEG/KPTH, in its sole opinion, deems could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, KMEG/KPTH reserves the right to terminate, modify or suspend this promotion, in whole or in part, fair and appropriate by KMEG/KPTH.
